Frank James Offers Words of Comfort

Many people remember Frank James when he spoke on behalf of the families during the search and rescue in December 2006. In addition to being Kelly’s brother, Frank is a preacher, a professor of theology and the president of a theological seminary. He has written “Balm for Broken Hearts,” in hopes that it will bring comfort to those who are also suffering.

MercyMe “Hold Fast” Music Video

MercyMe’s hit song “Hold Fast” comforted Karen when she returned from the mountain after learning the tragic news of Kelly’s death. The song’s lyrics inspired her to hold fast. There is now a new music video of this incredible song that includes pictures and clips from the Mount Hood tragedy to help comfort those in need, no matter what they are going through and encourage them to never give up.
